Walking for Wellbeing
This functional, walking session is easy to follow and suitable for any fitness level.
Averaging 1400 ~ 1700 steps in just 15 minutes, it releases the body's endorphins, helping you feel energised and ready to make the best of your day.

Weights for Wellbeing
This functional session uses weight to create resistance on the body. Regular, safe strength training is an effective way to support bone health and overall mobility.
Using weights not only slows bone loss and the development of osteoporosis but can also improve balance, coordination, and muscle strength - reducing the risk of falls and fractures.
Join us on Tuesday 9.30am ~ 10am

Balanced Bodies
A conditioning, cardio session that helps improve strength, stamina and overall fitness.
The session varies week to week so you never quite know what's on the agenda.
From Tabata to conditioning these sessions are aimed at physically challenging your body.
