Beginners & Backcare
These sessions are available on:
Monday 11am ~ 11.50am
Friday 11am ~ 11.50am

These sessions are perfect for our new members that have no previous Pilates knowledge or those working with an injury or surgery rehab.
They are also suitable during pregnancy.
Back Care & Beginners Pilates is a gentle,
full-body workout that will help you improve flexibility, core strength and posture.



Mixed Ability Pilates
These sessions are available on:
Monday 10am ~ 10.50am & 6.30pm ~ 7.20pm
Tuesday 5.15pm ~ 6.05pm
Wednesday 6.45pm ~ 7.35pm
Thursday 10am ~ 10.50pm
Saturday 9am ~ 9.50pm

This practise is a more challenging session.
It enhances flexibility, core strength, balance and posture. An effective way to increase mindfulness, reduce stress and improve overall wellbeing.

Fitness Pilates

Tuesday 9am ~ 9.50am

Fitness Pilates is great way for you to advance your mat Pilates journey.
Allowing you to help improve muscle tone, flexibility, balance and strength.

The studio itself has such a lovely calm atmosphere and makes you feel at ease from the moment you walk through the door.
The mat classes have helped me throughout my body. The fabulous team of instructors help challenge and support you in classes. I can't recommend RP&Y enough!
I have been enjoying classes with RP&Y since around 2012 (when i visit Bamford every few months or so).Im based overseas and for the last five/six years I’ve been doing online courses several times a week. The online offering is great for me. Classes are always professional, varied and fun. And I look forwards to attending the lovely West Mill studio IRL every few months, when I visit family nearby.
