Our 4 week courses are designed with pre & post natal mamas in mind. Come and join us for a moment of calm and indulge in some self care with baby by your side. This 50 minute session is aimed at restrengthening your core after childbirth and keeping your body and mind in condition for the adventures of motherhood. No need to rush off feel free to join in with our rant and relax, giving you the time to socialise and relax with other likeminded mamas.
